The MX-18 pants come in five different color schemes. Spandex has been extensively used especially on the knees to favour vertical and horizontal movements, in case American-style kneeprotections are used.
TPR-printed logos increase the brightness of colors. The increased use of aernet favours air circulation inside the pants.
The back of the knee is protected by a new kind of Kevlar to prevent the usual wear caused by friction in certain areas and to reduce the heat coming from the exhaust.
A large band of Spandex has been used in the lumbar region so that the pants will stretch to provide a perfect fit and to enhance movements.
Spandex has been used also along the sides of the MX-18 pants in case of small weight variations of up to half a size.
