From Lommel to Loket in just one week. The distance wasn’t so much as the difference between the two. From the finest sand to the most compact soil of the Czech Republic.
This change has created between all the riders some difficulties in adaptation to the race conditions, but Sebastien Pourcel wasn’t scared by the “serpentine” of Loket and he has been able to stand on the second stair of the podium. Just a little imperfection in race 1 when he was on the head of the group has taken the victory away from him. Fifth place at the end of the first race Seb has ridden a perfect race2. Jumped on the fourth place he has recovered...

Tough Swedish weekend for GPKR!

Author: UFO Plast

All the members of the Grand Prix Kawasaki Racing team will not keep a great memory about the Swedish event, round nine of the 2008 World Championship. Sixteenth of the GP with an eleventh place in the opening race, Sébastien retired in the second heat but keeps his fifth position in the standings.

Home of the single Scandinavian GP, Uddevalla has always been one of the nicest venue of the series even if this track is not the rider’s favourite. Always slippery when it’s dry, the track was even worst on Sunday due to some night showers, and most of the riders rode carefully to secure the best results.
Fifth of the...
